4. Fix some bugs.

How to Update WicePlus2.4080528 From WicePlus2.3xxxxxx?
Don't uninstall WicePlus2.3080324 or later version again.
Just follow the steps below:
1. Confirm WicePlus2.3 or later version in desktop. If not, please install WicePlus2.3080324.
2. Quit WicePlus;
3. Extract WicePlus2.3080324_Update_2.4080528.zip, then execute the executable file.

Supports Assembly and C compiler optimized for EM78's series
MCU.
C Compiler optimized in WicePlus 2.1 or later version has some features, for
example
1. Compiling quickly; 8 K rom size
less than 5 sec (Desktop platform AMD 2200+, 512 M sram);
2. Efficency: reduction of used
rom size 10 % ~ 30 % (comparison with previous version);
3. Ram used reduction 10 % ~ 45 %
(comparison with previous version).
Something new in WicePlus 2.3:
1. Supports EM78P469, EM78P349;
2. Supports EM78611E(ICE611V2x), EM78612(ICE612V2x) ,EM78M612(ICE612V2x), EM78M680(ICE680);
3. Supports ePAP8000, ePVP6200, ePVP6300, ePVP6800, ePVP6810.
